How can I book a bridal appointment?

Before anything else, we would like to remind you that beyond choosing a gown or deciding on a design, this journey represents one of the most meaningful moments of your life. The time you dedicate to this process is, in itself, a valuable gift to yourself.

At our maison, bridal fittings and model viewings are conducted strictly by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, you may contact us by phone or submit an online appointment request through our website. In order to provide each bride with dedicated time and detailed attention, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate walk-in visits.

As we welcome a maximum of four clients per day, availability can be limited. For this reason, we strongly recommend booking your appointment well in advance of your special date. We are here to share our experience with you in the most thoughtful and refined way, ensuring that you feel truly considered throughout your preparation process.

Pricing & Production Process

Our showroom presents a curated selection of designs in A-line, embroidered, embellished, princess, mermaid, and Grecian silhouettes, catering to a range of body types and style preferences.

Many pieces within our ready-to-wear collection are available for direct purchase, offered as one-of-a-kind designs or in limited quantities, with the possibility of personalized adjustments.

Pricing across all collections is determined by the quality of fabrics, level of craftsmanship, handwork detailing, and the scope of the production process.

All designs displayed in the showroom are offered at their listed prices. Any requested alterations or additional customizations are evaluated separately based on their scope.

Our collections for engagement, henna, after party, and civil ceremonies range between $400 and $2,500, while our bridal collections are offered within a range of $1,500 up to $10,000.

How does the fitting process work? Is there a fee?

Bridal fittings take approximately 2 hours, during which you will have the opportunity to try on different models and request personalized adjustments tailored to your preferences.

In order to maintain the quality of our fittings, the craftsmanship of our designs, and the detailed cleaning process carried out after each appointment, a fitting fee of 3,500 TL is applied.

To confirm your appointment, payment must be completed via credit card on our website or by bank transfer (EFT/wire) upon contacting us directly.

Following payment, you are entitled to one additional fitting within one month to support your decision-making process.

Should you proceed with placing an order, the fitting fee will be deducted from the total price.

Appointment Attendance & Showroom Policy?

Appointments may be attended by a maximum of three (3) people, including the bride. This limit is mandatory in order to maintain appointment quality and provide a focused, personalized experience for each client.

In cases where the stated number of attendees is exceeded, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

Due to health and working conditions, pets are not permitted in the showroom. This policy is strictly enforced without exception.

Scheduling an appointment constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

What should I bring to my appointment?

For your fitting appointment, we recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable undergarments

  • The shoes you plan to wear with your gown (if available)

  • Reference images of gown details you admire

These items help our consultants guide you more accurately throughout the process.

When will my gown be delivered?

For ready-made designs, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks.
For bespoke bridal gowns, delivery is completed no later than 20 days prior to the wedding date.

Additionally, should you wish to have our professional team assist you on your wedding day with dressing and final adjustments, this exclusive service is available for 20,000 TL. This ensures the gown is worn correctly, all details are presented flawlessly, and you are able to move comfortably throughout the day.

How are bridal fittings conducted, and what alterations are possible?

After selecting your gown, fitting dates are scheduled to tailor the design specifically to you. In most cases, two fittings are sufficient.

During the first fitting, the overall structure is evaluated and necessary alterations are determined. At this stage, you will see approximately 80% of the completed gown. The final fitting ensures perfect fit and refinement.

During fittings, it is also possible to combine elements from different designs—such as pairing one gown’s bodice with another’s skirt or exploring alternative fabrics—to create a truly personal piece. Vassago Wedding offers custom sketches and bespoke design services for every bride.

Do you offer gown rentals?

We do not offer bridal gown rentals. All Vassago gowns are designed and produced exclusively for each bride. As every piece is custom-made and prepared upon order, each gown belongs entirely to the bride, and therefore rental options are not available.

Do you create designs inspired by other gowns?

Yes, at Vassago Wedding, we may draw inspiration from different bridal designs. However, we do not replicate or reproduce gowns from other brands in Türkiye. In accordance with our ethical values, we are committed to creating original designs for each bride.

Any details you admire are reinterpreted according to your body type and personal style, resulting in a unique gown created exclusively for you—ensuring that you reflect your individuality on your wedding day.

Do you design eveningwear or other garments?

Vassago Wedding focuses exclusively on bridalwear. We do not produce evening gowns or other garment categories. However, we do design pieces for special occasions such as civil ceremonies, engagement events, henna nights, home departure ceremonies, and after-parties.

Each of these designs is approached with the same level of personalization and refinement, offering elegant and distinctive pieces for every event.

How can payments be made?

Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Invoices are issued in your name.
