
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vassago Wedding, due to the bespoke and couture nature of our designs, our return and exchange conditions are outlined clearly below. We kindly ask you to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The majority of bridal gowns and design pieces offered by Vassago Wedding are made to order and custom-produced. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted for bespoke and custom-made items.
Products that are not eligible for return or exchange are clearly stated on the relevant product detail pages.
Items that are tried on and approved in our showroom prior to purchase are also not eligible for return or exchange.
For standard production items that may be eligible for return or exchange, requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. SUBMITTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
To initiate a return or exchange request, the Contact Form available on our website must be completed in full.
The type of request (return or exchange) must be clearly selected, and all required details must be provided accurately.
Products sent to us without completing the Contact Form will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Once your request has been received, you will be contacted via email regarding the next steps.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROCESS
Upon approval of your return or exchange request, the relevant shipping instructions and partner courier details will be shared with you via email.
Products must be shipped only through the courier company specified by Vassago Wedding.
Shipments made via alternative courier services will be at the sender’s expense, and cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend keeping your shipment tracking number until the process is completed.
4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or have lost their original condition

Products with removed tags or compromised originality

Items damaged due to use (tears, deformation, breakage, etc.)

Products exposed to perfume, deodorant, or substances that leave odor or residue

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-measure designs
5. REFUNDS
Returned items received by Vassago Wedding will be inspected to ensure compliance with return conditions.
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. You may track the process through your bank’s authorization records.
6. IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Clients who wish to complete return or exchange procedures for online orders at our showroom are required to schedule an appointment in advance.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are prepared and dispatched in accordance with the delivery timelines specified on the relevant product pages.
For standard items, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary for bespoke and couture pieces.
