2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website www.vassagowedding.com.

3. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The following details of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER:

• Type of product

• Quantity

• Unit price

• Total price

• VAT and, if applicable, shipping costs

are approved by the BUYER during the ordering process and are valid as stated in the order summary.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and approved the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product(s), sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions in electronic form.

4.2. Products are dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability. For made-to-order and bespoke products, the delivery period is specified on the relevant product detail page.

4.3. The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product(s) in full and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

4.4. If the product is delivered to a third party designated by the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept delivery.

4.5. In the event that payment is not completed or is canceled for any reason, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product(s) shall cease.

4.6. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, logistical disruptions, technical infrastructure issues, etc.), the BUYER shall be informed of any delivery delays and may request cancellation of the order or postponement of delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

5.1. The BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal for custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products.

5.2. This provision falls within the scope of legal exceptions under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and Law No. 6502.

5.3. By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this condition.

5.4. The BUYER’s statutory rights regarding defective products remain reserved.

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

6.1. Products shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER at the time of order.

6.2. The SELLER shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located at the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

8. EFFECTIVE DATE

By placing an order through www.vassagowedding.com, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
