PRIVACY NOTICE

As VASSAGO MODA AKADEMİ TEKSTİL TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Vassago Wedding”), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data in our capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the methods used to protect it, and your rights under KVKK.

5. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA COLLECTION

  • Order and appointment processes.

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,

  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data processed unlawfully,

  • Request notification of such actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred,

  • Object to outcomes resulting against you through automated data analysis,

  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

7. APPLICATION METHOD

You may submit your requests within the scope of KVKK in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, or email.
